Future tenses II

Hello and welcome to the second part of the lesson. This one is going to teach us how and when to use “kommer att” in the future tense.

We already know how to use SKA. Now it is time to shed a little light on the KOMMER ATT thing.

What does KOMMER ATT actually represent? It could be translated as: GOING TO DO or simply as: WILL.

How do we even use kommer att in a sentence? The construction is pretty straightforward:

kommer att + infinitive form of the verb
kommer att göra

And here come some examples:

Kommer det att regna imorgon?
Is it going to rain tomorrow?

Du kommer att vara jättetrött imorgon om du inte vilar idag.
You will be very tired tomorrow if you do not rest today.
